What is Onboard Credit?
Onboard Credit – or “shipboard credit” – is credit on your shipboard account. These credits exist on your onboard account and you can add additional onboard credit to your account anytime prior to sailing.
What can onboard credit be used for on a Disney Cruise?

Can you cash out onboard credit?
If your onboard credit is not fully used on your cruise it cannot be cashed out, so please be sure to use it all before the end of your cruise. If it is unused it is returned to the credit card that it was originally charged to, which in the case of this promotion, means it is returned to the travel agency.
How much Disney Cruise onboard credit will I receive?
The Vacationeer offers industry leading complimentary onboard credits ranging from $25 – $1,000, depending on the cruise cost and how and when it was booked. Here is a breakdown of the onboard credit you will receive based on the total cost of your voyage. Note that you will receive the full onboard credit if you book a new reservation (more common), and half the onboard credit if you book your next vacation as a transfer or while you are on a ship (less common).
